Who are we?

Copper River Seafoods was developed in 1996 by four dedicated Alaskan fisherman with the passion for the Alaska wild salmon industry and a belief in its incredible potential. Copper River Seafoods is recognized as the premier producer of Alaskan seafood and has a standard for the highest quality seafood available. Copper River Seafoods is committed to excellence and are proud that our products are harvested from well managed sources. Impressively, each of owners still actively participate in harvesting salmon every year aboard their own vessel. Although it is difficult to pinpoint exactly what draws them back to the river year after year, it is easy to identify what makes them stay – their passion for the industry and a longing for the world to relish the truly spectacular taste of Alaska.

 

What is the Copper Membership?

  • $250 Annual Membership.
  • The Copper Membership offers customers elite service.
  • Receive monthly Copper Level seafood specials.
  • Your Business featured in online locator.
  • Dedicated “Copper Level” Account Manager.
  • Blend the 24 hour ordering convenience (on-line) with personal service of your CRS Copper Level, Account Manager.
  • Only Level with access to Fresh Copper River Sockeye (May Opener).
  • Extra 10% discount off all products at the “Copper Level”.

 

What is the Gold Membership?

  • $100 Annual Membership.
  • Receive monthly Gold Level seafood specials.
  • Your Business featured in online locator.
  • Dedicated “Gold Level” Account Manager
  • Blend the 24 hour ordering convenience (on-line) with personal service of your CRS Gold Level, Account Manager.
  • Extra 5% discount off all products at the “Gold Level”

 

What is the Silver Membership?

  • Receive monthly Silver Level seafood specials.
  • Your business featured in online locator.
  • Online Customer support.

 

How long till my membership is approved?

  • 2-3 days

 

How frequent do I need to order to stay active?

  • To stay active Silver Members must order once every 30 days.
  • Gold/Copper Members have no minimum order/frequency to stay active.

 

What is the minimum I can order?

  • Silver Members must order a minimum of $50 every 30 days.
  • Gold/Copper Members have no minimum.

 

Do I need to be a member to place an order?

  • Yes, you need to either be a Silver, Gold or Copper member.

 

How to Order?

  • If you are a registered wholesale member, simply sign in with your email address and password.
  • If you are not a registered wholesale member, please fill out inquiry by clicking on “create an account” at top of page. Or click here 

 

When is my order deadline?

  • For perishable fresh orders – Monday - Thursday 7pm EST (3pm AST)
  • For perishable frozen orders - No deadline
  • For Non-Perishable orders - No deadline

 

When will my order ship?

  • Perishable fresh orders are shipped every Tuesday for Wednesday delivery and Thursday for Friday delivery. UPS Next Day Air.
  • Perishable frozen orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. UPS Next Day Air.
  • Saturaday delivery upon request if location available
  • Non-perishable orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Fed Ex 2nd day air. No weekend deliveries

 

How will my order arrive

  • Perishable orders will ship Next Day Air UPS. Non-Perishable orders will be shipped Fed Ex 2nd day air.

 

What forms of payment do you require and are they secure?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All orders are encrypted and secure.

 

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

  • Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

 

Why is my credit card not working?

  • Check to verify billing address is correct.
  • Check to verify name on card is correct.
  • Verify if you are missing middle initial if applicable.
  • No period (.) after middle initial.
  • Verify expiration date
  • Verify CVV code
  • Verify numbers only, no spaces or dashes.

 

How do you handle backorders?

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and provide earliest timeframe of availability.

 

How do I cancel my order?

  • Orders may be cancelled by contacting via email, wholesale@crsalaska.com  preferably by phone. (907)522-7806 Ext. 5033
  • All orders CANNOT be cancelled once shipped.

 

How are shipping charges calculated?

  • Free shipping is offered with all orders.
  • Extra shipping charges may be applicable for requested Saturday deliveries.

 

Do you ship to Hawaii, Canada, international?

  • We currently are not able to ship perishable to Hawaii, Canada or International.

 

What is the shelf life on your smoked product?

  • Our smoked product has a shelf life of five years from the date of production. Once opened, product needs to be refrigerated and consumed within 1 week.

Can I freeze my smoked salmon?

  • All of our smoked Fillets, portions, Jars and Cans are cold smoked and then cooked in their packaging. Freezing is not recommended. This will create crystals and ruin our product.

 

What are the fishing seasons?

  • King Salmon – Mid May – Mid September
  • Sockeye Salmon(red) – Mid May – Mid September
  • Coho Salmon (silver) – Mid June – Mid October
  • Keta Salmon (chum) –June – September
  • Pink Salmon (humpy) – Mid June – Mid September
  • Halibut – March – November
  • Pacific Cod – Jan – Dec – Mid May – August – availability varies
  • Black Cod (sablefish) – March – November
  • Rock Fish – Jan – December
  • Rock Sole (flounder) – Mid January – Mid December
  • King Crab – October – December
  • Snow Crab – January – Mid February

 

 

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied and would like to return a product, please be aware of the following guidelines:

  • Refunds must be requested within 10 days of purchase date for all fresh/frozen perishable orders.
  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase date for all non perishable orders.
  • Product must have been purchased from Copper River Seafoods, Inc.
  • We are committed to your satisfaction with your order.  If you're not pleased with your purchase we will replace your product, provide credit or refund your money.

Return Policy

  • If members are not satisfied with their perishable order, (fresh/frozen) no return is required.  Please dispose of it in a safe/responsible manner.  If a refund is requested, please provide the order#, reason for return and email us at wholesale@crsalaska.com  or contact us by phone at 907-522-7806 Ext. 5033.
