Description:
Wild Alaskan Rockfish are considered lean fish due to their relatively low oil content. Like many other types of Alaskan whitefish - including wild Halibut, Pacific Cod and Rocksole - they are naturally low in fat. The flesh of Wild Rocksole is slightly pink, firm yet tender, and mild in taste. It can be prepared using a variety of cooking methods and pairs well with a wide range of side dishes.
